Extraction 2

Extraction 2 is an action-thriller film released in 2023 directed by Sam Hargrave and written by Joe Russo. It is the continuation of the 2020 movie Extraction.

The plot has Chris Hemsworth reprising his role of a black market mercenary Tyler Rake who has been hired again to get someone’s family out of harm’s way. Extraction 2, is filled with action, great visual effects, and an excellent plot.

Critical reception of the film was heightened, with special mention of Thor actor Chris Hemsworth’s undertaking an action-oriented role as well as the coup de maitre of the one-shot sequences. Extraction 2 was a big hit at the box office which was made available in the homes of millions due to Netflix and further strengthened Chris Hemsworth’s action hero image.
